春回大地，茶叶飘香。眼下，正值春茶采摘的季节，紫金县6万余亩茶园竞相吐露新芽，相继进入春茶采摘高峰期，茶企和茶农纷纷抢抓黄金时期采摘第一批春茶，为增收打下基础。

走进紫金县柏埔镇指背村的柏华茶叶种植农民专业合作社百亩生态有机茶场，放眼望去，连绵起伏的茶山春意盎然，错落有致，近40名工作人员头戴草帽，穿梭在茶田里娴熟地采摘春茶，一片丰收繁忙的景象。

“每年我都来这里采茶，一天能赚100多元。”指背村村民邓大姐干起活来非常利索，她开心地告诉记者:“在家门口上班真是一举两得，既能照顾家庭又能赚钱补贴家用。茶叶的规模种植让我们村很多人都选择留在村里从事与茶叶有关的工作。”

“明前茶是清明节前采制的茶叶，因受虫害侵蚀少、芽叶细嫩、品质好、价格高，于是便有‘明前茶，贵如金’之说。目前看来，今年春茶质量比往年高，春茶的价格预计比去年提升10%左右。”合作社负责人龚仕东说。

据了解，我县今年茶园面积已超6万亩，主要以金萱、青心大冇、单枞等品种为主，春分过后，我县春茶开采进入高峰期，每日有近万人投入春茶生产中，预计春茶的采摘工作将持续至4月中旬。

县农业农村局副局长黄伟东介绍，在县委、县政府的大力引导、推动下，紫金茶发展得越来越好。下来，紫金将以省级农业产业园提质增效为契机，按照“扩规模、提品质、强品牌、增效益”思路，落实新种茶叶奖补1000元/亩标准，持续推进省级农业现代产业园建设，积极筹办省茶产业大会，规划建设中国蝉茶交易中心，保持茶产业产销两旺。
